These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by The Kiln Collection (“we”, “us”, “our”), an art studio based in the United Kingdom offering art and craft workshops and the sale of artwork online.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 If purchasing or booking a service you must have the bill payer’s permission.
3. Products and Services
3.1 All products and workshops are subject to availability.
3.2 We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions and images are accurate; however, colours and details may vary.
3.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.
4.3 Payments are processed via secure third-party providers, and we do not store payment card details.
5. Orders
5.1 A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order.
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
5.3 If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
6.2 Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
6.3 We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Consumer Rights and Returns
7.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receipt.
7.2 Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
7.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
7.4 Bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
8. Workshops and Cancellations
8.1 Workshop places must be booked and paid for in advance.
8.2 Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop may be eligible for a refund or transfer.
8.3 Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable except at our discretion.
8.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops; in such cases, you will be offered a refund or alternative date.
9. Health and Safety
9.1 You agree to follow all safety instructions during workshops.
9.2 Participation is at your own risk, except where injury is caused by our negligence.
9.3 You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content, including artwork, images, text, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
11.3 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy a copy of which is available on our website.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
